Great Pelican Count, Gippsland Lakes, Vic., 7 April

The annual Great Pelican Count is a BirdLife Australia citizen science survey designed to provide a snapshot of the Australian Pelican population recorded on the same day and at the same time across the Gippsland Lakes. A key aim of the Great Pelican Count is to survey as many sites as possible. We need your help to make the 2019 Great Pelican Count a survey success. The Great Pelican Count will be on Sunday 7 April from 11:30 am to 12 noon (it takes just 30 minutes). Registrations are open from now until 25 March you can register by clicking here and filling out the form.
