Powerful Owl Surveys in Sydney in March

Powerful Owl Surveys in Sydney in March

The Powerful Owl Project will start training for new volunteers in March. There are lots of owl families that need to be monitored in Engadine, Gordon, Lane Cove, Epping, Pennant Hills, Gladesville, Rouse Hill and Ryde.

There is the opportunity to provide one-on-one training to new volunteers who would like to be involved in surveying our magnificent urban Powerful Owl families in the Sydney Basin this breeding season. The Powerful Owl Project welcomes all volunteers who would like to help us learn more about our owls. Timetables for training workshops to be posted on the Powerful Owl Facebook page. If you’re interested, please contact us at powerfulowl@birdlife.org.au.
